(Payable for any prep time, length of the meeting + editing time at typically 2.5x the meeting length
 + disbursements for fuel if requested in person)

FAQs

I offer all the advantages of having a Personal Assistant, but by operating remotely, you are avoiding the costly expense associated with hiring an employee including allocating office space and providing equipment. 

The retainers above give you the security that I will always have that many hours set aside for your business.  As you’re retaining the hours for the month ahead, retainers are paid in advance by bank transfer or card to secure the hours for the month ahead. Like a Netflix or Prime agreement, no work commences until payment received.

I use time tracking software to keep a record of the hours used and will advise when you are nearing your retained limit. We then discuss whether you want to extend the amount of hours for that month as an ad-hoc charge at £35 ph. Unused hours are not carried over and I time track to the nearest 15 minutes at the end of the month. 

There is no VAT to pay and because you don’t employ me, there is also no NI, Sickness or Holiday to cover. As per my Terms and Conditions, any additional expenses incurred will be charged at cost and billed separately as ‘Additional Expenses’. These may include international/premium calls, postage, couriers, mileage etc.

Absolutely! I am happy to do ad-hoc work charged at £35ph, if I have the availability outside of my retainer clients. 

  • Tender Management – 16 hrs p/m – Searching for viable tenders for client to apply for, creating an overview of the tender, receiving approval and then detailing the necessary steps and areas for the client to complete. Once completed, collating all the documentation and submitting online. 
  • Account Management – 5 hrs p/m – Managing communication for a particular client account, arranging entertainment bookings, creating agreement forms, adding data to the relevant CRM and liaising with the artists. 
  • Lead Generation – 20 hrs p/m – Finding relevant contacts for the client’s service, creating email communications and sequences, managing ongoing actions and keeping CRM updated. 
  • HR Management – 5 hrs p/m – Being the point of contact for the team’s HR queries, supporting with onboarding/offboarding and providing sound boarding and guidance for top level strategy. 

I review my prices every year to ensure I remain competitive and inline with the pace of inflation. If they are due to increase, I will advise you with a minimum of 1 months notice.

Whilst I love to be as helpful as I can, planning really is the key to success. I therefore aim to respond to new work requests within 24 hours and advise when I can start/complete the work by. If you find yourself caught out by a lot of urgent tasks, we can work together to minimise this moving forward as it won’t feel good or be sustainable for either of us in the long term.
